  • Starter: Individual Cheese Board

  • Salad: Beet, Walnut and Orange Salad

  • Main Entree: Rosemary Garlic "Beef", Herb-Crusted Cauliflower with Leek Cheese, Roasted Brussels, Orange-Glazed Carrot Garnish

  • Dessert: Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

The monthly dinners are held in a private residence, and are limited to twelve guests only. Once the spots fill up, you're welcome to email us (esotericvegan@gmail.com) to be added to a wait-list, and we’ll let you know if a spot becomes available.

Each spring Shalene hosts events as part of the University School of Nashville’s Evening Classes Program (which ultimately benefits their needs-based tuition assistance program). Although these events are not presented in the classic Esoteric Vegan four-course format, we’re pretty sure you’ll still enjoy every moment!

In March, Shalene presents her “Brunch for Vegans” class, where she will demonstrate how to make her (vegan) Biscuits and Sausage Gravy! Following the cooking demonstration, you will be invited to sit down at the table with your “classmates” to enjoy a full brunch together, which will consist of biscuits and gravy, roasted potatoes, garlicky kale, fruit and muffins. Coffee/tea and Mimosas will also be served.

Esoteric Vegan returns to the classic Saturday evening dinner event in November, but this month we’re bringing you a Thanksgiving-inspired meal. As an homage to classic Thanksgiving dinners, this meal will be served family style instead of served in courses, but we’ll still have you bursting at the seams! Wine pairings are included in cost of the event.
